Hi everyone from the new owners of Live Tiny, Cedric and Viv Beazley. ​

Our brother and sister team have been active in the community for a number of years, running a tertiary construction course, supporting tertiary and school students, project managing critical repairs for community housing and other projects including condition assessments and marae remediation.  Cedric has qualifications and extensive experience in the building and construction sector in NZ and overseas and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).  Viv has experience in governance and management, community development and qualifications and experience in the education and health sector.

This year, in 2025, we had an opportunity to talk to, and hear from, Nick and Lara, who first created Live Tiny.  We love the Live Tiny designs, the look, the quality and the dedication to tiny living.  We liked it so much, we don't plan on changing anything immediately.  This led us to where we have now taken over ownership of the business. Our team is ready with the strong connections to skilled contracted builders, plumbers, electricians, engineers, and other specialist contractors to create bespoke, high quality homes.
